Chateaubriand
I've been working and I'm changing jobs (yet again) so have neglected this blog. Since Shalee mentioned me I figured I better stick something (recent) in here for y'all to look at.
Chateaubriand is a big steak (link to wikipedia); named after François-René de Chateaubriand.

I will definitely give you more than 5 minutes for cooking. I have a feeling that it will take me more than 5 minutes just to find where you keep everything. If you want to teach, I'd be so very willing to learn at the feet of your wisdom.
