ISI - Gourmet Whip

I spoiled myself by buying an
ISI Gourmet Whip; loads of fun.

I mixed:
1 pint whipping cream (35%)
1 pint Philly Cream Cheese
1 pint Maple Syrup

and used it to top (cold) little waffles that came from Belgium. Delicious - - according to the memebers of the book club who tried them.
