These are 140 gram balls of pizza dough [5oz]. Hundreds are done each week. Each of these eventually become a lovely Napoletana style pizza (or Roma style if it doesn't have raised borders).

Hello Amanda: Welcome to Will's Eats. I plan to post (gradually) the entire process we use to make pizzas; in between other ramblings. It's quite artisanal - done by hand, in an Italian wood oven.
