Camembert & Beets

Try the following:

• Fresh wood oven baked bread - thin slices (baguette sytle)
• Room temperature Camembert (smear on)
  
• Cooked beet slivers (on top)
  

Boy oh boy was it a surprised how well the cheese and beets (!) went togther. This idea, I will be doing something with.
